Internal Audit Manager



Responsibilities:
• Plans and organize the work of Internal Audit Department.
• Establishes and implements internal audit plans, policies and procedures.
• Reviews and approves audit strategies, programs and procedures for specific audit assignments.
• Supervises the work and activities of Audit Staff.
• Prepares and submits audit reports to the Vice President summarizing results of audit activities.
• Performs assigned audit duties in manner that reflects high professional standards and compliance with the guidelines of Auditing standards.
• Maintains a current knowledge base of audit industry practices and ensures best practice is always considered.
• Carries-out special investigations referred by top management on issues requiring strict confidentiality.
• Performs other related duties as may be directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Audit or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in using a computerized accounting software/system.
• A certification of CPA, CIA is preferred.

 

 

Audit Staff

Responsibilities:
• Performs audit procedures, based on audit programs and instruction assigned by the Audit Manager.
• Ensures that audit reports and information is accurate, reliable, concise, complete and timely submitted to the immediate superior.
• Conducts inventory reconciliation of physical count made.
• Maintains open communication with the immediate superior.
• Performs other related duties as may be directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Audit or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience as Internal/External Auditor.
• Experience in financial audit and inventory is an advantage.
• Must be able to handle pressure, honest , reliable and have strong personality.
• Has good writing and reporting skills.
• Must be familiar with various audit techniques and procedures.

 

Information and Network Manager

Responsibilities:
• Plans, controls and supervises the daily activities of the department.
• Exercises configuration management and control; keeps track of all devices that are attached to the network and maintains the pertinent
information in an inventory database.
• Supervises all fault documentation, tracking and reporting of all errors that occur on the network.
• Liaises with public communication service providers on the set-up/expansion of the communications network.
• Directs network management functions including planning, design and implementation of the communications network infrastructure.
• Directs disaster recovery tasks in cases of either partial or total communications network failure.
• Performs other related duties as may be directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Must have at least 5 years of related experience in liaising with local telcos in relation with establishing/handling of LAN and WAN networks.
• Must have an extensive experience in configuring routers, switches and other network devices.
• Must have good experience in handling inventories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent team player, trustworthy, patient and has strong leadership ability.
• CCNA certified is preferred.


 

Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manages and monitors day to day operations of the department.
• Coordinates with agents, hardware and technical supplier and other units within the company.
• Identifies, evaluates, negotiates and recommends services and/or products offered by vendors and contractors.
• Evaluates proposed plans covering stock inventory strategies, local purchases of materials and services needed by the department.
• Plans, implements and monitors servicing strategies to promote customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the continuous improvement, performance and development of the team.
• Lead and conducts scheduled visit to agents/customers
• Performs other related duties as may be directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent team player, trustworthy, patient and has strong leadership ability.

 

Accountant

Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day recording and posting of general and subsidiary ledger entries, including accruals and reversals.
• Prepares Financial reports such as financial statements, budget and forecasts.
• Liases with auditors and other department as required.
• Prepares operational and risk reports for management analysis.
• Maintain documentation of work processes.
• Prepare general accounts analysis and reconciliations including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid expenses
• Performs other related duties as may be directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy, preferably CPA.
• At least 2 years of work experience in general accounting (GA) function including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and
financial reports.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in using a computerized accounting software/system.
• Can do multi-tasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Corporate Planning Manager

Responsibilities:
• Reviews and analyzes business trends.
• Assist management in making decisions by doing financial forecasting, business cases or sensitivity analysis as needed.
• Assist in budgeting process and improve strategy and vision.
• Assist in the company planning framework to ensure information technology is delivered through the annual corporate and business planning cycle.
• Design, formulate and monitor the strategic and operating key performance indicators (KPIs) of all departments
• Work closely with the management and other department to develop overall company strategy.
• Performs other related duties as may be directed by the immediate superior from time to time.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Economics/Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years work experience in related field is required.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
• Excellent team player, trustworthy, patient and has strong leadership ability.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
• Identify business opportunities and contributes to the growth and development of the firm.
• Ensuring achievement of targets through effective management of engagements, client and resources.
• Responsible to manage audit clientele portfolio and plan, delegate and lead the assignment including client servicing.
• Review audit reports, identify issues, presentations on audit findings and recommendations as well as conducting appropriate follow-up actions.
