In its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and fairness of its games, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) conducted a bidding for the supply, installation, and maintenance of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-enabled Air-mix Automatic and Interactive Selection Draw Machines in keeping abreast of the latest technology in conducting its lottery games.
PinoyLotto Technologies Corp. (PLTC), a Berjaya Philippines associate company, being the winning bidder for the said PCSO project, delivered two (2) sets consisting of two (2) draw equipment at the PCSO Conservatory Office on 19 January 2026 for the first phase of deliverables. The draw equipment was designed to introduce an exciting and soon-to-be launched game called LOTTO BILYONARYO.
The draw equipment was officially turned over by PLTC officials Mr. Tan Eng Hwa, Mr. Armin Santos, and Atty. Jose Bernas to Atty. Lyssa Grace S. Pagano, Asst. General Manager and Ms. Laila Galang, Gaming Technology Manager at the PCSO office in Mandaluyong City.
