BERJAYA PHILIPPINES INC. (BPI), announced key organization changes to support the company’s drive for business growth. During the annual stockholder’s meeting held at Berjaya Makati Hotel on October 4, 2017, stockholders representing more than 88% of the Corporation’s outstanding capital have elected directors for the current year and re-appointed Punongbayan and Araullo as external auditors.
Elected directors during the regular meeting of stockholders are Tan Sri Dr. Ibrahim Saad, Seow Swee Pin, Dr. George T. Yang, Jaime Y. Ladao, Jimmy S. Soo, Wong Ee Coln, and Tan Eng Hwa.
