BERJAYA PHILIPPINES INC. (BPI), a special meeting of the stockholders was held last July 10, 2019, at the Function Room of the Berjaya Makati Hotel, Philippines.
Majority of the stockholders present had duly ratified the resolutions passed last May 15, 2019, by the Board of Directors to (i) amend the fiscal year of the Corporation to commence on the first day of July of each calendar year and to end on the last day of June of the next calendar year, and (ii) amend Section 1 Article VII of the By-Laws in order to reflect the amendment of the fiscal year.
